Jeffrey J. Berezny

Jeffrey J. Berezny’s background has provided him with a unique blend of business experience and legal expertise, having worked in private practice in such areas as general commercial and consumer civil litigation, labor and employment law, general practice, estate litigation, estate planning, landlord-tenant, municipal, real estate, foreclosure, business law, environmental litigation, insurance defense and personal injury. Mr. Berezny has represented parties in disciplinary actions, grievances, list removals and disability retirement benefit appeals. He has made numerous appearances before the New Jersey and New York State and Federal Courts and administrative agencies. Jeffrey has successfully defended and prosecuted several appeals and his experience includes trials in the New Jersey Courts and hearings in the Office of Administrative Law. His practice has included being assistant legal counsel to several municipalities providing services in various aspects of municipal law and being litigation counsel for public entity insurance funds.

Mr. Berezny earned his law degree from Widener University Delaware School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Rutgers College. He is a member of the Bars of New Jersey, New York and District of Columbia as well as the United States District Courts for New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.
